Frequently asked questions

Are uploaded documents public?

No. Inputs are staged outside the public web directory in an isolated user or visitor workspace. Generated downloads require a random authorization token and expire automatically.

Which documents are rejected?

Empty, oversized, malformed, mismatched, unsupported or unexpectedly encrypted files are rejected before processing. Individual tools also enforce page-count, memory and runtime limits.

Will the output always look identical?

Page-management operations generally preserve original PDF pages. Rotation and watermark tools deliberately rasterize pages at a controlled resolution, so selectable text and vector content may become fixed image content.
